At present facebook does not allow third part ads to feature your personal information or profile. If it changes its policy and starts giving third party applications or ad networks your personal information then you can prevent this from happening by following the below steps.
- Login to your facbook account.
- Go to Account-> Account Settings.
- Select Facebook Ads Tab.
- Look into Allow Ads on platform pages... option and select No One in Drop down.
- Save settings.
This will prevent your personal information from going to third party applications or Ad agencies and also will keep you away from unwanted publicity and keep your privacy protected.
