How to limit number of posts to be displayed in your blog without coding?

I saw many posts and articles explaining how you can restrict or limit number of posts to be displayed in the front page of your blog in blog-spot. Most of them were really clumsy and made people to save copy of there existing template and modify the code and do what not.

Why to do all that if you can configure it in settings with these very simple steps:

1. Login to your blogger account.
2. Select your blog to modify (if you have multiple).
3. Go to Settings Tab.
4. Select Formatting Tab
5. See the first option "Show At most" and just put the number of posts you want to restrict on the first page and select the Posts option instead of Days.
6. Just click on Save Settings at the bottom of the page.
   
7. You are all set.
