How to Import mails in Gmail from other Mail Account?

Did you feel that you are no longer using your old Yahoo mail ,Hotmail or Rediffmail account but you don't want to manually include or forward your old contacts and mails to your Gmail account.

Well here is the latest from the world of Gmail. Now you can simply import contacts from other mail ids by following these simple steps:

1. Click on the new option Import Mail and Contacts or go to the settings and click on Accounts and Imports.
2. Enter your old mail id.
3. Enter your password for your old account.
   
4. You will find options to import contacts, mail add label select them as per your requirement.
5. Click on Start Import.
6. You are all set.

Update: Your Mail and contacts cannot be imported from another Gmail account.
