Bookmyshow.com is very popular amongst Indian Bollywood lovers. Just few days back I booked 3 tickets for a Movie for City Pride Pune via Bookmyshow.com. Everything went smooth and at the last moment I got a message my ticket booking got cancelled.

1. While booking via net banking.
2. SMS from Bookmyshow.
Good part is I had a clear record of failed transaction by bookmyshow.com. They also mentioned a contact number and stated in all the messages that I will get refund within 15 days.
I did not bother to call any call center or contact them since I wanted to wait for few days and check. To my surprise I got a refund withing 3 working days and I had not faced any problems except the fact that the movie plan was ruined.
